Does this work with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini?
Yes — SnapBrief generates plain text that works with every AI tool. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot — any tool that accepts text input. That's the whole point: one brief, any tool.
What about ChatGPT's "Custom Instructions" feature?
Custom Instructions are limited to 1,500 characters, locked to ChatGPT, and not shareable. SnapBrief briefs are portable (works with every AI), longer and more structured, shareable with your team, and always available at a URL you can bookmark.
Can I share my brief with my team or VA?
Yes! Every brief has a permanent URL you can share with anyone. On the free plan, anyone with the link can view and copy your brief. Pro adds team management and update history.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime, no questions asked. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
What happens to my brief if I cancel Pro?
Your brief URLs remain permanent — they never expire. If you cancel Pro, you'll revert to the free plan and can still access your first brief at its original URL.
